- Waiting for Bench: Your device has not yet been assessed/diagnosed, but is in the queue (please note that jobs are worked on in a first come, first served basis unless priority is required – priority charges may apply).
- On The Bench: Your device is currently being worked on by one of our Technicians.
- Pending / On Hold: Your repair is currently on hold/we’ve tried to contact you regarding your repair. Please call Burratronics Customer on 07 4092 7038 at your earliest convenience.
- Waiting for Parts: Parts are required for your repair to be completed. These parts have been ordered, but are still in transit.
